The support we provide
We work with vulnerable single individuals at every stage of their housing journey. Our team understands that finding a home is about more than four walls — it's about stability, dignity, and a foundation to rebuild from.
Emergency & transitional housing
We can help single individuals find immediate, safe accommodation when they need it most. Our network of properties across the UK means we can often move quickly to support urgent situations.
Support for care leavers
Leaving care can be daunting. We work closely with local authorities and support workers to help young people transitioning out of care find stable, appropriate housing.
Individuals in crisis
We support single people facing homelessness or housing instability — providing safe, suitable accommodation that offers a genuine foundation to rebuild from.
Referrals from support organisations
We work alongside social workers, charities, local councils, and housing officers. If you're a professional referring a single individual in need, we're here to help find the right placement.
Who we can help
Our accommodation is available exclusively for single individuals in housing need across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. This includes people leaving care, those facing homelessness, individuals fleeing domestic abuse, and people with complex needs. Please note: we are unable to accommodate couples or families. If you're unsure whether we can help, please get in touch — we'll always do our best to point you in the right direction.
How to get support

We listen
A member of our team will contact you to understand your situation, your needs, and what kind of housing would be most suitable. Everything is treated with complete confidentiality.
We find the right home
We search our network of properties to find accommodation that fits your needs — considering location, accessibility, and any support requirements.
Ongoing support
Once housed, we stay in touch. Our team is here to help with any issues that arise during your tenancy, and to connect you with additional support services if needed.
Please note
Our accommodation is for single people only. We are unable to place couples or families. If you are a family in housing need, please contact your local council's housing team or Shelter for advice.
