Built on the belief that everyone deserves a home.
MHYH Limited was founded to bridge the gap between vulnerable people in housing need and the safe, stable accommodation they deserve. We work across the UK — connecting compassionate landlords with individuals and families who need a place to start again.
Our story
MHYH Limited was born out of a simple but urgent observation: thousands of people across the UK are caught in the gap between crisis and stability — unable to access the private rental market, yet not always eligible for social housing. We set out to close that gap.
We began by building relationships with landlords who shared our belief that property can be a force for good. By offering guaranteed rent, full management support, and a trusted partnership model, we made it straightforward for landlords to do something meaningful with their properties.
Today, we operate a growing network of properties across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland — working alongside local authorities, charities, and support organisations to place vulnerable individuals and families into safe, appropriate accommodation.
Our mission
"To provide safe, stable, and dignified transitional housing for vulnerable people across the UK — while building lasting, trusted partnerships with the landlords who make it possible."
Dignity first
Every person we house is treated with respect and compassion. We believe that safe housing is not a privilege — it is a foundation for everything else.
Trusted partnerships
We build long-term relationships with our landlords based on transparency, reliability, and mutual respect. When we make a commitment, we keep it.
Nationwide reach
Housing need doesn't respect geography. We operate across all four nations of the UK, with local knowledge and dedicated support wherever your property or situation is.
Accountability
We hold ourselves to the highest standards of property management, tenant welfare, and professional conduct. Our landlords and tenants can always rely on us to do the right thing.
Where we operate
We have an active presence across England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland, with a growing portfolio of properties in major cities and towns. Our team has local knowledge in each region, ensuring that both landlords and tenants receive genuinely responsive, on-the-ground support.
