Each of our seven core programs has given us a wealth of understanding regarding the community we serve, particularly their needs and the services and resources that best meet those needs. Today, in addition to the following core programs, we continue to evaluate new ventures that focus on the unmet needs of at-risk youth.

Treatment Foster Care
The Treatment Foster Care (TFC) Program is the cornerstone of our offerings. TFC began in response to the need to find permanent placements for teens living in residential treatment facilities—the most challenging population of foster children to place.

Lissy's Place
My Home Your Home responded to the urgent, unmet needs of female foster care youth discharged from the child welfare system through a transitional housing program, Lissy’s Place.

Wraparound Care Coordination
Wraparound care is a court ordered program.  Our care coordinators assure the provision of services for at-risk families in need. Combining the professionalism of our social work staff and 24/7 accessibility, families are able to receive the assistance they need, for their individual situations, when they need it.

Amad's Place—The Placement Stabilization Center
The Placement Stabilization Center provides a temporary placement for youth males between ages of 12-17 years old who have been disrupted from their current out of home placement.

Access to Recovery
Access to Recovery (ATR) is a consumer driven alcohol and other drug abuse program designed to identify the strengths, barriers, and treatment needs for individuals and families who grapple with the destructive effects of drug and/or alcohol abuse.

Training and Education
Training and Education – is a support program for staff, families, children and contracted services.  Because of a wide array of services offered by My Home, Your Home, and their outstanding quality, we have been asked by other organizations to help them train their staffs.  Besides contracted service training our in-house training staff is a support program for our own professionals, as well as the families and children in our care.
